Organized for the first time in 1966 in the underground vaults of Palazzo della Corgna, the Presepe Monumentale (Nativity) of Città della Pieve has become today one of the most popular events of our town, attracting thousands of visitors every year, from Christmas Day to the Epiphany (January 6), who come to admire the work of the

residents of the neighborhood of Terziere Castello. Each year the presentations takes place around a particular theme.  Peace, faith, hope, and solidarity become from time to time the running thread of constantly new settings, where radiant dawns alternate with enchanted starry nights, and become the background for the traditional statues in order to create a representation that is ever interesting and fascinating to the visitor.
